Legal agreement applying to all visitors.
The following are legal terms between us (the creators of and contributors to Draggor's Den) and you (the visitors and members of Draggor's Den). Please read this if you haven't already encountered it elsewhere on the site.

The following are legal terms based on North American and Internation Copyright law:
- Any files you download are for your personal use only.
- You acknowledge that the material is the intellectual property of Rob DM unless otherwise stated.
- You agree not to alter them in any way.
- You agree not to distribute them in any way. If you want others to have this file, you will direct them to this website.
- You agree not to use these file for any commercial, non-profit, or academic application without the express permission of the author, Rob DM.
- If you want to do a fanart/fanfic/remix of any material on this site, you agree to notify Rob DM. In addition, if you distribute this remix, you agree to include full creditary information with it at all times.
ex. Original Copyright Rob DM (www.draggor.com). Fanart/Fanfic/Remix by: (your name).
- Rob DM and any contributors to this site cannot be held legally responsible for any form of damage or undesirable effects that may result from downloading, opening, or attempting to open any files from this site.
- The terms above are legally binding and you can be prosecuted under North American or Internation Copyright law should you violate any one of them.
We acknowledge the original authors of any fanart we may have derived. Despite this fact, we forbid the distribution or alteration of our particular works of fanart without our permission.

- Rob DM and any contributors to this site cannot be held legally responsible for any form of damage
or undesirable effects that may result from downloading, opening,
or attempting to open any material from this site.
- All material is Copyright of Rob DM unless otherwise stated.
It is unlawful to distribute, alter, or remove creditary information
from any content on this site without the express permission of
Rob DM. Users are granted permission to download content for their
personal viewing only. Violators will be prosecuted.
- Users are granted a weak right to immitate content on this site
in the form of Fan Art, provided that partial credit is given to
the original creator(s), and that we are informed of the existence
of this work. Fan Art absoluely may not be used for commercial
purposes by the User.
- We retain the right to revoke or suspend user accounts.
Users who behave in a manner we deem unacceptable will be temporarily
suspended with a warning, or banned indefinitely. Any transgression
may result in the permanent revokation of user privilidges.
- This site is designed to censor content of a mature or adult nature
for users under the age of 18, or users who choose not to see such
material. We will never intentionally make such content visible to
those who do not ask to see it, however we can offer no guarantees
that this content may not appear accidentally if one or more
components of the website are not functioning properly. Therefore
we cannot be held liable if such an accident were to occur.

Draggor's Den agrees never to sell or disclose any member information to any external entities, commercial or otherwise. Your member information remains completely hidden to guests, however you may choose to display some information to other members on this site. We are not responsible for any undesired consequences resulting from this action.

- Refers to any person or automated process (such as bots, crawlers, etc.) that downloads or views any part of the Draggor's Den website.
- "User" or "Member"
- Refers to any visitor to the site who owns, possesses, or creates an account on Draggor's Den.
- "Content" or "Material"
- Refers to any downloadable content on Draggor's Den, including music, pictures, executables, and webpages.
